2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you give us or that is technically necessary to serve the website:

• Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
• Server log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, recorded automatically by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data, and this website is not directed at children.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry and taking steps toward a potential engagement — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request).
• Website security, error prevention and service improvement — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. What you read here stays between you and your browser.

5. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate this website:

• Hosting provider: serves the website and stores standard server logs.
• Formspree, Inc. (USA): processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our mailbox. Transfers to the United States are safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

These providers act as processors bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact inquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless the inquiry leads to a business relationship (in which case contract-related retention periods apply).
• Server logs: retained for a short period by our hosting provider in line with its security practices.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests,
• receive your data in a portable format.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky ( dataprotection.gov.sk).

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), minimal data collection and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we design for as little exposure as possible: this website stores no personal data itself.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Substantial changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
